Danny Fisher professional golfer and Sam Grossman

Danny Fisher is from Lake Forest, IL, and graduated from Lake Forest High School in 2019. He went on to play collegiately at Miami University (Ohio) where he put together a successful college campaign, collecting 10+ Top 10 finishes. He was named to an All-MAC team his last three years, as well as named the 2024 Earl Yestingsmeier Sportsman of the Year.

ACCOMPLISHED GOLFER — Danny served as team captain his final two years and was honored as a Srixon Academic All-American during his time at Miami. Since Danny’s graduation from the Farmer School of Business in May of 2024, he has begun his quest for status on a PGA affiliated TOUR.

Danny’s first event as a professional was at the Clovernook Open, where he finished one shot short of the lead. From there, he has jumped around different mini-tours and state opens, keeping his competitive edge fresh.

Successfully qualifying in the Monday Qualifier for the NV5 Invitational on the Korn Ferry Tour was a great experience, and Danny looks forward to more opportunities to compete against the best competition he can.

Outside of competitive golf, Danny enjoys caddying at Bob O Link GC and working on his website, DBC In the Zone, where he shares his experiences on the road with avid golfers. Danny is grateful to FAI and his additional supporters who are allowing him to chase his dream.
